JAKARTA – The cash dividend of PT Panca Budi Idaman Tbk (PBID) soared 60% in the fiscal year (FY) 2023 to IDR 300 billion from 2022 cash dividend of IDR 187.5 billion. The dividend payout ratio also increases to 80.18% from 53.13% of total net profit attributable to the parent entity of both fiscal years, respectively.

The data compiled by IDNFinancials today (15/5) mentioned that PBID’s shareholders agreed upon the allocation of net profit in 2023 of IDR 347.15 billion. The cash dividend is set to IDR 160 per share, while another IDR 3 billion is stored as reserves, and the remainder goes as retained earnings.

In 2023, Panca Budi Idaman collected revenue of IDR 1.28 trillion, slightly growing from IDR 1.22 trillion in 2022. The gross profit also increased to IDR 272.59 billion from IDR 217.22 billion, while the operating profit soared to IDR 175.53 billion from IDR 130.79 billion in 2022.

In FY 2022, it reported net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 352.85 billion, allocated as dividend of IDR 100 per share and reserves of IDR 3 billion. In FY 2022, its retained earnings were set to IDR 1.45 trillion, while its total equity clocked up to IDR 2.44 trillion. (LK/ZH)
