JAKARTA - PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT) distributes dividend for fiscal year (FY) 2023 of IDR 449.63 billion, which is lower than FY 2022 dividend of IDR 555.27 billion.

In the minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders quoted Thursday (16/5), Sugianto, Corporate Secretary of EPMT, confirmed that the dividend of IDR 166 per share will be distributed on June 12. The dividend allocation is made based on the net profit of IDR 688.49 billion, retained earnings of 238.86 billion, and total equity of IDR 7.29 trillion.

The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled on May 22 and 27, while the recording date of the Official Register of Shareholders is set to May 28. 

In FY 2022, the company issued dividend of IDR 555.27 billion or IDR 205 per share. The net profit was recorded at IDR 847.53 billion, while retained earnings reached IDR 283.78 billion, and total equity clocked up to IDR 7.13 trillion. (LK/ZH)
