JAKARTA - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) will distribute dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of IDR 201.25 billion, up 6.46% year-on-year (yoy) from the dividend allocated in FY 2022. The upcoming dividend is equal to 39.99% of its net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 503.12 billion.

Retnowati, Corporate Governance Specialist of ELSA, confirmed that the dividend that will be disbursed on June 14 is IDR 27.5 per share. The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is on May 27 and 28, followed by the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market on May 29 and 30.

ELSA reported retained earnings of IDR 301.87 billion and total equity of IDR 4.41 trillion in FY 2023.

In 2022, it allocated IDR 189.03 billion of dividend or IDR 25.9 per share. The dividend allocation is equal to 50% of its net profit attributable to the parent company last year of IDR 378.06 billion. Retained earnings were recorded at IDR 189.03, while total equity clocked up to IDR 4.11 trillion. (LK/ZH)
