JAKARTA. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) will schedule cash dividend distribution of IDR 1.19 trillion or IDR 28.68 per share taken out of its net profit in 2023.

Tomin Widian, Corporate Secretary of AMRT, mentioned that the amount of cash dividend to be distributed is equal to 34.97% of 2023 net profit. “Follows the result of Annual GMS on May 16, 2024,” added Widian in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) yesterday (18/5).

The cash dividend will be disbursed to AMRT’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on May 30, 2024. The payment will then take place on June 12, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, AMRT scored net profit of IDR 3.4 trillion in 2023. At the end of the year, it also reported unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 11.14 trillion and total equity of IDR 15.71 trillion.

At last Friday’s session, AMRT’s stock price slid down 50 points or 1.75% to IDR 2,800 per share. It has also been corrected 90 points of 3.11% since the beginning of this year, or down 80 points or 2.78% within the past year. (KR/ZH)
