Tigaraksa Satria to channel final dividend of IDR 286.57 million
JAKARTA. PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk (TGKA), a consumer good wholesale and distribution company, will issue final dividend of IDR 286.57 billion or IDR 312 per share, which will be taken out of its 2023 net profit.
Said plan follows the result of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), which finalised the allocation of 68.7% of 2023 net profit as cash dividend. “It is in line with the result of Annual GMS on May 15, 2024,” added Syahrizal Sabir, Corporate Secretary of TGKA, in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
For the record, TGKA had previously channelled interim dividend of IDR 27.55 billion or IDR 30 per share in November 2023. Therefore, the total cash dividend set by the company for the fiscal year 2023 is IDR 314.12 billion or IDR 342 per share.
The final dividend will be disbursed to TGKA’s shareholder whose names have been listed by the recording date on May 29, 2024. The payment will then be scheduled to take place on June 7, 2024.
According to IDNFinancials data, 36.21% of TGKA’s shares are under the control of PT Penta Widjaja as of May 10, 2024. Then, PT Sarana Ledaun had another 29.34%, followed by PT Widjajatunggal of 25.35% and public investors of 7.74%, while the remainder was shared amongst commissioners and directors with ownership under 1%.
TGKA’s stock price at the end of last Friday’s (17/5) trading was see weakening 50 points or down 0.78% to IDR 6,400 at the closing bell. It has also gone down 100 points or 1.54% since the beginning of this year, or down 375 points or 5.54% within the past year. (KR/ZH)
