META’s controlling shareholder to extend tender offer to June 19
JAKARTA. Controlling shareholder of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) under Salim Group, PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia (MPTIS), is extending the voluntary tender offer period, starting from today (20/5) until June 19, setting the offering price to IDR 250 per share.
Previously, the tender offer had been extended on April 18 until May 17. As of April 17, the tenders of shareholders, meaning to divest their portions during this voluntary tender offer, had reached 5,771 bids, representing 3,696,977 shares or 90% of public shares. “The company aims for 4,104,990,334 shares, which are the objects in this voluntary tender offer,” added the management of MPTIS.
Public shareholders intending to secure voluntary tender offer opportunities within this extended period must complete and submit all required documents, no later than 4 PM WIB on May 17, 2024. The shareholders that have yet to obtain voluntary tender offer form may contact PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora as its bureau of securities administration, as well as PT BCA Sekuritas as the assigned underwriter.
In terms of performance, META’s revenue went up 20.3% to IDR 1.68 trillion in 2023, supported by toll road managing services that brought in IDR 1.39 trillion. However, the company lost IDR 233.74 billion in 2023, in contrast from net profit of IDR 72.43 billion in 2022. (AM/ZH)
