JAKARTA. PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS) will share final dividend of IDR 17.6 billion or IDR 22 per share, taken out of its net profit in 2023.

For the record, KMDS had previously distributed interim dividend of IDR 12 billion or IDR 22 per share on November 8, 2023. Therefore, total cash dividend distributed by the company for the fiscal year 2023 is IDR 29.6 billion or IDR 36 per share.

The final dividend will be given to KMDS’s shareholders, whose names have been listed by the recording date on May 30, 2024. The cash dividend payment is scheduled to take place on June 12, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, KMDS only distributed cash dividend of IDR 35 per share in the fiscal year 2022. Compared to the previous years, the allocation of cash dividend for the fiscal year 2023 is the highest.

Until April 30, 2024, 76.19% of KMDS’s shares were under the control of PT Miki Ojisan Indomitra. Retail investors shared another 20% amongst themselves, leaving the remaining portion to directors of the company.

On today’s (21/5) trading session, KMDS was opened 6 points or 1.24% lower to IDR 476 until 10.33 AM WIB. However, since the beginning of this year, it has shifted 52 points or 12.26% upwards. (KR/ZH)
