JAKARTA - PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) is setting aside dividend of IDR 406.06 billion or 24.70% of total 2023 net profit of IDR 1.64 trillion. The dividend shrank 55% compared to the dividend in the fiscal year (FY) 2022, following net profit decline.

Quoted from the information disclosure today (28/5), BFIN will distribute dividend of IDR 27 per share to shareholders listed on Official Register of Shareholders as of June 5, 2024. The unrestricted retained earnings were reported at IDR 8.53 trillion, and total equity clocked up to IDR 9.49 trillion.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 3 and 4, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on June 5 and 6. The payment itself is due June 21, 2024.

In 2022, the issuer allocated IDR 902.36 billion or IDR 32 per share. The total dividend was equal to 49.94% of total net profit of IDR 1.80 trillion. Retained earnings were IDR 7.80 trillion, while total equity reached IDR 8.75 trillion. (LK/ZH)
