Semarop Agung liquidates 300 million Summarecon Agung (SMRA) shares
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, May 21, PT Semarop Agung sold approximately 300 million shares of property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA). Semarop Agung's share ownership decreased from 20.97% to 19.15% as a result of the sale. On the other hand, Liliawati Rahardjo, an SMRA individual investor, decided to increase her stake by 16.21 million shares, giving her approximately 5.36% ownership of SMRA.
