JAKARTA - On May 22, Koperasi Konsumen Karyawan Mandiri Widodo Makmur became the newest investor in PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), a consumer goods and agricultural commodities company. This investor purchased over 2.18 billion WMPP shares through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas and PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia, gaining control of approximately 7.41%.

Furthermore, PT Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara became a new shareholder in PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH) by purchasing 394.92 million shares of this advertising company, representing a 5.1% stake. Irsyad Hanif was also listed as a new investor in sugar producer PT Aman Agrindo Tbk (GULA), having acquired 53.83 million shares. Andreas Utomo, another SUGAR investor, sold approximately 17.94 million shares instead, reducing his shareholding from 23.12% to 21.45%.

Foreign investor BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds then purchased 5.71 million shares of ceramic tile manufacturer PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA). At the same time, coal mining contractor PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) bought back up to 5 million of its own shares.

On the other hand, PT Global Mediacom Tbk, which owns roughly 39% of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN), sold approximately 36.38 million shares of this media and content issuer. The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia has continued to sell shares in the construction company PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS), or Totalindo, this time for 18.19 million shares. Tan John Tanuwijaya also did the same because he continued to sell shares in the specialist foundation company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR), totaling 15.24 million shares. Finally, PT Sentra Investa Maksima sold 10.68 million shares in PT Lavender Bina Cendikia Tbk (BMBL), a tutoring and counseling company. (KD)
