IDX to lift META’s stock suspension regarding cross transaction
JAKARTA - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) or Indonesia Stock Exchange has lifted temporary suspension of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) in the negotiation market, following a stock cross trade, starting from the afternoon session on Wednesday (29/5).
As quoted from the information disclosure, IDX will lift the suspension of META’s stock trading across all markets after the stock transfer process is completed. The lifting of this suspension is related to the transfer of shares involved in the tender offer phase II of META to PT Metro Pacific Tollway Indonesia Services (MPTIS), arranged by PT BCA Sekuritas. The bureau of security administration is PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora.
As mentioned in an announcement dated May 22, the tender offer phase II takes place from May 20 to June 14, making June 14 the last day of submitting an offer. The payment of tender offer will follow on June 25.
It is known that the shares involved in the tender offer clock up to 4.10 billion shares. The voluntary tender offer phase I was held from March 19 to April 17, 2024, in which MPTIS purchased 3.69 billion shares from 4,771 bids.
Therefore, the number of shares available in the voluntary tender offer amount amounts to 408.01 million, with the offering price set to IDR 250 per share. (LK/ZH)
