Skyrocketing net profit, Mandom Indonesia readies IDR 37.8 billion as dividend
JAKARTA. PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk (TCID), a manufacturer and distributor of skin care products, is scheduling a cash dividend distribution of IDR 37.8 billion or IDR 94 per share taken out of its net profit in 2023.
Alia Risyamaya Dewi, Corporate Secretary of TCID, mentioned that the cash dividend distributed by the company is equal to 99.1% of 2023 net profit. “It is in line with the result f the Annual GMS on May 28, 2024,” she added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The cash dividend will be disbursed to shareholders listed by the recording date on June 7, 2024. The cash dividend payment is then set to June 25, 2024.
According to IDNFinancials data, TCID reported net profit of IDR 38.12 billion in 2024. The net profit soared 104% year-on-year (yoy) or from the previous fiscal year.
As of now, 65.23% of TCID are under the control of Mandom Corporation, Japan. PT Asia Jaya Paramita owns another 11.37%, followed by PT Asia Paramita Indah of 1.62%, and public investors of 21.64%. The small remaining portion is shared among directors and commissioners of the company. (KR/ZH)
