UCID's dividend went up 38.54% for FY 2023
JAKARTA - The dividend of PT Uni Charm Indonesia Tbk (UCID) increased 38.54% in the fiscal year (FY) 2023 compared to FY 2022 dividend. However, this increase has not been able to match dividend in FY 2021 of IDR 95.01 billion.
Based on IDNFinancials data compiled today (30/5) UCID distributed dividend of IDR 86.90 billion or IDR 20.90 per share. The dividend is approximately 19.98% of its net profit of 2023 worth IDR 434.57 billion. Retained earnings and total equity were recorded at IDR 4.02 trillion and IDR 5.56 trillion, respectively.
The dividend payment is due June 27, 2024, distributed according to the Official Register of Shareholders as of June 7. The cum and ex dividend dates in the regular and negotiation market is set to August 5 and 8, followed by the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market on August 9 and 10.
In FY 2022, the company allocated dividend of IDR 62.72 billion or IDR 15.13 per share, which were equal to 19.99% of its net profit of IDR 313.64 billion. In said period, retained earnings were at IDR 3.62 trillion, and total equity clocked up to IDR 5.16 trillion.
For FY 2021, UCID distributed dividend of IDR 95.01 billion or 20% of its net profit of IDR 475.08 billion, while its retained earnings and total equity were reported at IDR 3.36 trillion and IDR 4.90 trillion. (LK/ZH)
