JAKARTA. PT Siloam Internasional Hospitals Tbk (SILO), a healthcare provider under Lippo Group, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 260 billion or IDR 20 per share, which will be taken out of its net profit of 2023.

Ratih Hadiwinoto, Corporate Secretary of SILO, mentioned that the dividend to be distributed is equal to 21.5% of its 2023 net profit. "It follows the result of Annual GMS on May 30, 2024," added Hadiwinoto in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). 

The cash dividend will be given to SILO's shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on June 11, 2024. The payment is then due June 28, 2024. 

According to IDNFinancials data, SILO reported net profit of IDR 1.21 trillion in 2023. Its net profit increased 74% from the previous year, only reaching IDR 696.49 billion in 2022.

As of December 2023, SILO also maintained retained earnings of IDR 987.94 billion. Its total equity was reported at IDR 8.05 trillion.

As of now, 49.57% of SILO are under the control of Lippo Group through PT Megapratama Karya Persada. Prime Health Company Limited owns another 26.18% saham, while public investors share 15.76%. The remainders are listed as treasury shares. (KR/ZH)
