JAKARTA - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) reported total dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of USD 70.4 million, 7.76% higher from FY 2022 allocation of USD 65 million. This dividend increase takes place when net profit declined 37.71%.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (3/6), total dividend for FY 2023 consisted of interim dividend of USD 25 million and cash dividend of USD 40.0 million. This allocation is equal to 21.18% of total net profit attributable to parent entity of 2023, which amounted to USD 330.67 million. Meanwhile, its retained earnings and total equity were reported at USD 269.63 million and USD 2.02 billion.

This company schedules dividend distribution on June 28, referring to Official Register of Shareholders as of June 11. Cum and ex-dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 7 and 10, while cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on June 12.
