JAKARTA. The total incoming bids for Government Sharia Securities (lit. Surat Berharga Syariah Negara/SBSN) or state sukuk last Tuesday (4/6) reportedly reached IDR 26.21 trillion.

There were 7 series of state sukuk offered in said round of auction, consisting of 2 Sharia Treasury Notes (lit. Surat Perbendaharaan Negara – Syariah/SPN-S) and 5 series of Project-Based Sukuk (PBS).

SPNS03032025 recorded the highest bids amongst other SPNS series, with total bids of IDR 3.73 trillion. Meanwhile, PBS032 reigns over PBS category, with total incoming bids of IDR 9.12 trillion.

For the record, both SPNS series were offered with a yield in the form of discounts, while PBS series were offered with yield rate varying from 4.87% to 6.87%.

“The total awarded amount from 7 auctions series is IDR 10 trillion,” said the Directorate-General of Budget Financing and Risk Management of the Ministry of Finance.

According to IDNFinancials data, Indonesian government had conducted 5 rounds of state sukuk auction throughout Q1 2024. The total awarded amount of these five rounds of auction is IDR 36.12 trillion. (KR/ZH)
