JAKARTA – The dividend of PT Pelita Teknologi Global Tbk (CHIP) increased 32.09% in the fiscal year (FY) 2023 from the FY 2022. This is the second round of dividend distribution after its debut in the stock exchange last year in 2023.

Based on IDNFinancials data on Monday (10/6), the issuer will distribute dividend of IDR 2.46 billion or IDR 3.05 per share out of its 2023 net profit of IDR 12.03 billion. Retained earnings were set to IDR 23.36 billion, and total equity reached IDR 59.74 billion.

The dividend will be disbursed on July 7, referring to the names listed on Official Register of Shareholders by June 19. The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 13 and 14, while cum and ex dividend date in the cash market follows on June 19 and 20.

In FY 2022, this issuer gave out dividend of IDR 1.86 billion or IDR 2.31 per share from its net profit of IDR 9.31 billion. Retained earnings and total equity were at IDR 8.91 billion and IDR 19.84 billion, respectively.

Market capitalisation of this issuer last Friday (7/6) was recorded at IDR 1.56 trillion. Closed at IDR 1,940 per share, it reached the peak of IDR 1,945 and the lowest of IDR 1,915 per share.

Compared to its initial public offering (IPO) price of IDR 172 per share on February 8, 2023, the stock price has increased clocks up to 1,002% until now. At its debut, its market cap was stuck at only IDR 141.85 billion. (LK/ZH)
