Gojek Tokopedia share sales contributed 50% of foreign sales volume
JAKARTA - On Thursday, June 6, sales of digital firm share at PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) accounted for 50% of total foreign sales volume (3.07 billion shares), with foreign investors selling 1.51 billion shares for a net volume of -849.93 million shares. Foreign buying volume was 2.14 billion shares, resulting in a net foreign volume of -935.91 million shares.
Apart from that, foreign investors sold 97.69 million shares of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN), a telecommunication company, with a net volume of -78.87 million shares. In the banking sector, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) shares were sold for 171.34 million shares, for a total volume of -78.19 million shares, followed by the sale of 35.51 million shares of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP), for a net volume of -32.54 million shares. The shares of the energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) were then sold for 92.50 million, with a net volume of -28.93 million.
Meanwhile, the top buy list began with the acquisition of 68.33 million shares of domestic and foreign shipping services business PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), with a net volume of 52.33 million shares. 133.48 million shares of the e-commerce company PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) were then purchased with a net volume of 33.25 million shares. In the general mining contractor sector, PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) shares were also purchased for 25.72 million, with a net volume of 19.82 million shares. Aside from that, foreign investors purchased 23.54 million shares of advertising services business PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI), for a net volume of 17.59 million.
