JKON to set up dividend of IDR 69.31 billion, an increase from last year
JAKARTA - PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk (JKON) is allocating 29.18% or IDR 69.31 billion of total net profit in 2023, of IDR 237.47 billion, as dividend. This allocation is higher than the fiscal year (FY) 2022 allocation, in line with its net profit growth.
Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (10/6), shareholders agreed to pay out cash dividend of IDR 4.25 per share on July 5, 2024, to shareholders listed by the recording date on June 19. Cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 13 and 14, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on June 19 and 20.
The unrestricted retained earnings were agreed at IDR 2.03 trillion, and total equity reached IDR 3.05 trillion.
In FY 2022, JKON allocates dividend of IDR 48.92 billion or 24.37% of total net profit of IDR 200.75 billion. Retained earnings were IDR 1.84 trillion, and total equity clocked up to IDR 2.86 trillion.
Until the opening of afternoon session today (10/6), the stock price arrived at IDR 87 per share, or increasing IDR 1 from IDR 86, the closing position seen last Friday (7/6). Its market cap was at IDR 1.41 trillion. (LK/ZH)
