Divesting portion in PYFA, RGI rakes in IDR 5.09 billion
JAKARTA - Rejuve Global Investment (RGI) Pte Ltd secures IDR 56.09 billion from divesting 3.56% of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk’s (PYFA) shares alst week (6/6). RGI, the major shareholder of PYFA, is based in Singapore.
In the information disclosure quoted Monday (10/6), Nadia Miranty Verdiana, Corporate Secretary of PYFA, said that after this divestiture, RGI owns 60.2% or 6.76 billion shares of PYFA from the previous 63.76% or 7.16 billion shares. “RGI sold 400.56 million shares for IDR 140 each,” she confirmed.
As of May 2023, PYFA’s shares clocked up to 11.23 billion, with shareholders consisting of RGI of 63.76%, PT Aldiracita 0%, and public 36.23%.
The number of shareholders of PYFA reached 6,512, down 1,219 from April 2024 of 5,293 shareholders. The ultimate beneficial of the shares is Lee Ee Ling. (LK/ZH)
