JAKARTA - PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN) will distribute dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of IDR 27.67 billion, higher than IDR 23.83 billion seen in FY 2022.

Wilson Maknawi, Vice President Director of KEEN, mentioned that shareholders have approved cash dividend of USD 1.7 million or 11.47% of total net profit of USD 14.82 million. “Cash final dividend that will be distributed is IDR 7.55 per share,” he said in the information disclosure quoted today (10/6).

The remaining net profit is allocated for general reserves of USD 614,175, or IDR 10 billion with currency exchange rate of IDR 16,282 per USD, and another USD 12.50 million for operational expenditures.

In FY 2022, this issuer distributed cash dividend of IDR 6.5 per share from its net profit of USD 12.55 million. Retained earnings were at USD 64.65 million, and total equity clocked up to USD 175.07 million. (LK/ZH)
