JAKARTA. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC), an operator of Tanjung Priok port, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 113.45 billion taken out of its 2023 net profit.

Roro Endah Dwi Liesly Puspita Sari, Corporate Secretary of IPCC, mentioned that the amount of upcoming dividend is equal to 59.4% of total net profit in 2023. "It is according to the result of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 10, 2024," she added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). 

The cash dividend will be given to IPCC's shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on June 24, 2024. The dividend payment is due July 12, 2024.

IPCC's dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 is 25% higher than the previous fiscal year, in which the company only distributed cash dividend of IDR 90.49 billion.

According to IDNFinancials data, IPCC scored net profit of IDR 190.85 billion in 2023. It also still recorded retained earnings of IDR 36.17 billion.

IPCC's net profit in 2023 actually soared 18.01% year-on-year (yoy) or from the previous fiscal year. This growth is in line with revenue increase of 1.19% yoy to IDR 753.2 billion, as well as supported by operational cost efficiency of 13.42% yoy. (KR/ZH)
