JAKARTA. PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (OMED), a health device manufacturer known with OneMed brand, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 77.93 billion or IDR 2.88 per share.

Daniel Kurniawan, Head of Corporate Secretary and Investor Relation of OMED, mentioned that the allocated cash dividend is equal to 30% of its 2023 net profit. “According to Annual GMS on June 7, 2024,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (14/6).

Cash dividend will be given to OMED’s shareholders listed by the recording date on June 21, 2024. The dividend payment is due July 10, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, OMED reported net profit of IDR 259.36 billion in 2023, slipping 9.25% year-on-year (yoy). The decline resulted from the revenue that slowed down 0.12% yoy to IDR 1.74 trillion, while the operational cost swelled 31.60% yoy to IDR 251.06 billion.

Until 2.57 PM WIB today (14/6), OMED was seen declining 4 points or 1.98% to IDR 198 per share. Since the beginning of this year, it shifted down 10 points or 4.8%. (KR/ZH)
