JAKARTA – The dividend of PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) dropped 38.16% in fiscal year (FY) 2023 to IDR 78.69 billion from the fiscal year 2022 of IDR 127.25 billion. This dividend went down in line with the declining net profit attributable to the parent entity.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (19/6), Lily Hidayat, Corporate Secretary of BALI, mentioned that shareholders agreed upon the cash dividend distribution of IDR 20 per share from its net profit in 2023. “The remainder is stored as retained earnings of the company,” she added.

In 2023, it decides not to reserve funds as the general reserve has been equal to 20% of its issued and paid-up capital.

BALI scored net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 150.49 billion, down 29.03% yoy from IDR 212.08 billion seen in 2022. The revenue also slid down to IDR 955.26 billion from IDR 978.37 billion.

This company will then distribute cash dividend of IDR 127.25 billion or IDR 32.34 per share. Unrestricted retained earnings are at IDR 84.83 billion, and total equity reaches IDR 2.44 trillion. (LK/ZH)
