JAKARTA – Three construction material companies are revealed to distribute high amounts of dividends for fiscal year (FY) 2023. The issuers coincidentally have market capitalisations of over IDR 10 trillion.

Based on IDNFinancials data today (20/6), the highest dividend will be distributed by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR) of IDR 572.04 billion, or 26.35% of net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2023 of IDR 2.17 trillion. This company booked retained earnings of IDR 1.59 trillion and total equity of IDR 47.80 trillion.

Market cap of this state-owned cement manufacturer is reported at IDR 24.30 trillion. At afternoon session, the price arrived at IDR 3,600 per share, up IDR 90 from IDR 3,510 seen at yesterday’s (19/6) closing bell.

At the runner-up spot, sat PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) with dividend of IDR 308.79 billion or 15.83% from its 2023 net profit of IDR 1.95 trillion. Its retained earnings were at IDR 18.77 trillion, and total equity reached IDR 20.96 trillion.

The issuer books market cap of IDR 27.42 trillion. The price increased to IDR 7,450 this afternoon from IDR 7,425 seen yesterday (19/6).

PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) arrived at the third spot with dividend of IDR 268.39 billion or 29.99% of its net profit in 2023 of IDR 894.64 billion. Its retained earnings were at IDR 2.3 trillion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 12.50 trillion.

As of now, its market cap is at IDR 10.55 trillion, and until the afternoon session, its price remained stable at IDR 1,170 from its closing price last Wednesday (19/6). (LK/ZH)
