JAKARTA - Compared to the previous trading day, foreign share buying and selling activities on Monday, June 24, were significantly lower, with foreign buying volume of only 2.14 billion shares and foreign selling volume of 2.38 billion shares. As a result, net foreign volume ended at -242.58 million shares. The shares with the highest purchases belonged to the e-commerce company PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA), which was purchased for 136.82 million shares with a net volume of 85.71 million shares, while the shares sold the most belonged to the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), with a foreign sales volume of 904.88 million shares and a net volume of -312.03 million shares.

Apart from that, share sales in the banking sector dominated the top sell list, where foreign investors sold 221.32 million shares of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), 61.29 million shares of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP), and 43.79 million shares of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). These transactions resulted in a net volume of -83.71 million shares for BBRI, -53.24 million shares for BBKP, and -20.64 million shares for BMRI. Shares of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), which operates in the investment and telecommunications support services sectors, were also sold for about 32.81 million shares, with a net volume of -22.11 million shares.

Two banking stocks have also made the top buy list: PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) and PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS). Foreign investors purchased 72.61 million BBCA shares for a net volume of 21.30 million shares and 22.37 million BRIS shares for a net volume of 17.12 million shares. Furthermore, shares of the domestic and foreign shipping services firm PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) were purchased, totaling 87.44 million shares, for a net volume of 75.67 million shares.
