JAKARTA – Cash dividend from PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) in the fiscal year (FY) 2023 declined 0.66% compared to FY 2022. It is related to the decline of its net profit attributable to parent entity last year. Approximately 99.9% of Protelindo’s shares are owned by PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR).

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (27/6), Adam Gifari, Vice President Director of Protelindo, confirmed that the company has deposited cash dividend of IDR 906.36 billion to its shareholders. “This cash dividend allocation has gained approval from Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS),” he said.

In FY 2023, this subsidiary of TOWR recorded current year’s net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 3.27 trillion, 5.72% lower than the number seen in FY 2022 of IDR 3.47 trillion. The allocated dividend for said year was IDR 912.39 billion. (LK/ZH)
