Woori Finance Indonesia to distribute cash dividend of IDR 25.99 billion
JAKARTA. PT Woori Finance Indonesia Tbk (BPFI), a consumer financing company under Woori Financial Group based in South Korea, will schedule a cash dividend opayment of IDR 25.99 billion or IDR 9.72 per share.
Lisa Azizah Subagiyo, Corporate Secretary of BPFI, mentioned that the cash dividend allocation is equal to 29.99% of its 2023 net profit. “It is in accordance with the result of Annual GMS on June 26, 2024,” she added in the official disclosure.
The cash dividend will be given to BPFI’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on July 8, 2024. The cash dividend payment will then be set to July 26, 224.
According to IDNFinancials data, BPFI recorded total net profit of IDR 86.66 billion in 2023. At the end of said fiscal year, the company also reported retained earnings of IDR 567.17 billion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 1.06 trilllion.
As of now, 84.51% of BPFI’s shares are under the control of Woori Financial Group through Woori Card., Ltd. Then, another 12.18% belong to PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII), while the remaining portion belongs to public investors. (KR/ZH)
