Two years of no dividend, GJTL to share IDR 174.22 billion this year
JAKARTA - PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk (GJTL) is allocating 14.74% of 2023 net profit as cash dividend for its shareholders. In the past two years, the company had been refraining from distributing dividend to investors due to its losses.
In the minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders quoted today (1/7), Kisyuwono, Director of Finance of GJTL said that the shareholders will distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of IDR 174.22 billion or IDR 50 per share. “For 3.48 billion shares issued by the company,” he said.
In FY 2023, the company collected revenue of IDR 16.97 trillion and net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 1.81 trillion. Unrestricted retained earnings were IDR 6.11 trillion, and total equity of IDR 8.35 trillion.
In 2022, the company’s revenue was IDR 17.17 trillion, followed with a loss of IDR 181.38 billion, retained earnings of IDR 4.93 trillion, and total equity of IDR 7.22 trillion. (LK/ZH)
