DOID to channel out dividend of IDR 81.92 billion
JAKARTA - PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) will distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of IDR 81.92 billion, higher than the dividend for FY 2022.
Olga Oktavia Patuwo, Corporate Secretary of DOID, mentioned that the company will distribute dividend of USD 5 million, using currency rate of IDR 16,380 per USD.
“The dividend is set to IDR 10.64 per share, disbursed to shareholders representing 7.69 billion shares,” Patuwo added in the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (3/7).
Dividend allocation is decided based on net profit attributable to the parent entity of USD 36.01 million, retained earnings of USD 121.59 million, and total equity of USD 272.60 million.
The dividend will be disbursed on July 19, referring to the Official List of Shareholders by the recording date on July 3, 2024. The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to July 1 and 2, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on July 3 and 4.
In FY 2022, the issuer managed to distribute cash dividend of USD 2 million, based on the record of its net profir of USD 28.63 million, retained earnings of USD 93.5 million, and total equity of USD 256.22 million. (LK/ZH)
