JAKARTA. PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO), a manufacturer and distributor of stationaries and office supplies, is planning to distribute cash dividend of IDR 1.31 billion or IDR 0.78 per share.

Arman Dharma L., Director of BINO, claimed that the dividend allocation is equal to 29.9% of total 2023 net profit. “It is in accordance with the result of Annual GMS on June 26, 2024,” he added in the official disclosure.

The cash dividend will be given to BINO’s shareholder whose names have been listed by the recording date on July 8, 2024. Then, the dividend will be disbursed on July 26, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, BINO reported net profit of IDR 4.38 billion in 2023. The company also still recorded retained earnings of IDR 3.07 billion and total equity of IDR 442.22 billion.

Until the end of today’s (4/7) trading session, BINO was closed 2 points or 1.46% higher to IDR 139 per share. Since the beginning of this year, however, said stock has shifted 13 points or 10.32% upwards. (KR/ZH)
