JAKARTA. PT Ateliers Mecaniques D Indonesie Tbk (AMIN), also known as Atmindo, will issue cash dividend distribution worth IDR 5.4 billion or IDR 5 per share.

Lindataty, Director of Atmindo, mentioned that the cash dividend that will be disbursed is equal to 34.95% of its 2023 net profit. “It is in line with the result of Annual GMS on July 5, 2024,” she added in the official statement.

The cash dividend will be disbursed to Atmindo’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on July 17, 2024. Then, the cash dividend payment will take place on August 8, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials data, AMIN reported net profit of IDR 15.45 billion in 2023. In addition, the company also scored retained earnings of IDR 55.76 billion and total equity of IDR 169.08 billion.

As of now, 58.39% of AMIN are controlled by Sphere Corporation Sdn Bhd. Public investors claim another 20.61%, followed by Chong Kim Kong with 10.11%, Chong Kim Leong 7%, and Rudy Susanto 3.89%. (KR/ZH)
