JAKARTA - PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk (SGER) will provide 200 thousand metric tons (MT) of coals to Vinacom Northern Coal, Vietnam. This partnership contract was signed yesterday (9/7).

Michael Harold, Corporate Secretary of SGER, mentioned that the coal supply contract is worth USD 22.51 million or equal to approximately IDR 366.28 billion. “The duration of contract starts from yesterday’s signing until August 15, 2024,” he added.

In 2023, SGER’s customers with contribution of over 10% of total revenue was also Vietnamese, Viet Phat Import Trading Investment JSC, bringing in IDR 1.75 trillion. SGER’s total revenue was IDR 12.31 trillion, with coal sales contributing IDR 12.21 trillion, followed by nickel sales of IDR 85.81 billion, and contractor service of IDR 9.40 billion.

This issuer reported gross profit of IDR 1.05 trillion, current year’s net profit of IDR 681.30 billion, and net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 687.94 billion.

In 2022, its revenue was reported at IDR 10.44 trillion, while gross profit clocked up to IDR 729.96 billion, resulting in current year’s net profit of IDR 590.93 billion. Its net profit attributable to the parent entity reached IDR 605.66 billion. (LK/ZH)
