JAKARTA. PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), a property developer owned by the Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group, has pocketed pre-sales of IDR 3.3 trillion in the first semester (6M) 2024.

This is equivalent to 60% of PANI's pre-sales target for the 2024 financial year. The company's pre-sales target this year is set at IDR 5.5 trillion.

The commercial land business line is still the largest contributor to PANI's pre-sales in 6M 2024, amounting to IDR 1.6 trillion or equivalent to 49%. Then pre-sales from the residential business line contributed IDR 895 billion or 27%, as well as commercial products such as shophouses, SOHO and warehousing IDR 801 billion or 24%.

PANI pre-sales in the first half of this year also showed a significant increase, namely 191% higher than the same period last year. This is supported by 12 additional projects that have been completed by the company, as well as an additional land bank of 850 hectares that the company obtained after holding a rights issue.

For the record, PANI pre-sales have recorded an increase in the last 3 years. The company's pre-sales were recorded at IDR 1.7 trillion in 2021, then IDR 1.9 trillion in 2022, and IDR 2.4 trillion in 2023. (KR/LM)
