Foreign selling volume drops, net foreign volume closed at 229.57 million shares
JAKARTA - Foreign sales volume on Monday, July 15, dropped from the previous day to 1.35 billion shares. Meanwhile, the foreign buying volume was 1.58 billion shares, with the net foreign volume closing at 229.57 million shares. Foreign investors purchased the most shares in the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), totaling 300.58 million shares and generating a net volume of 300.06 million shares.
Aside from that, about 88.34 million shares of the energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) were purchased, resulting in a net volume of 82.24 million shares. In the mining contractor services industry, PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) had 67.12 million shares purchased, with a net volume of 59.21 million shares. In the same field, PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) shares were sold for 37.64 million shares, with a net volume of -20.65 million shares. Furthermore, shares of the banking company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) were sold for 118.18 million shares, resulting in a net volume of -57.61 million shares. Foreign investors then did not buy shares in the telecommunications business PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) and only sold 27.07 million shares, resulting in a net volume of -27.07 million shares. Finally, shares of the construction business PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) were sold for 32.47 million shares with a net volume of -20.65 million shares. (KD)
