JAKARTA. PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL), a telecommunication infrastructure provider under PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM), booked net profit of IDR 1.06 trillion in the first half (H1) of 2024.

MTEL’s net profit in H1 2024 was 7.75% year-on-year (yoy) higher from IDR 1.02 trillion seen in H1 20243.

This net profit increase in H1 2024 was supported by its revenue that was recorded at IDR 4.45 trillion, also up 7.75% yoy from IDR 4.12 trillion seen in H1 2023.

The revenue of MTEL in H1 2024 was strongly dominated by telecommunication tower leasing activities, which still brought in IDR 4.12 trillion. Meanwhile, construction service line scored revenue of IDR 304.12 billion, followed with electric service and lease of IDR 24.63 billion.

It is worth mentioning that MTEL is a new constituent of Indeks Tempo-IDNFinancials 52 (Indeks52). MTEL even seized spots in 3 out of 4 categories, namely Main Index, High Dividend, and High Growth.
