JAKARTA. PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), a property and real estate developer, booked net profit of IDR 803 billion in the first half (H1) of 2024.

Said number increased 33.8% year-on-year (yoy) from the same period last year, in which the company reported net profit of IDR 600 billion. This growth was supported by net profit margin arriving at 67%.

DMAS’s net profit growth was supported by operating revenue that reached IDR 1.2 trillion in H1 2024, increasing 24.4% yoy.

“Industry segment still contributed the most with IDR 1.1 trillion, or equal to 95% of total operating revenue in the first half of 2024,” said Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of DMAS, in the official statement.

In the meantime, the contribution of residential segment towards DMAS’s operating revenue in H1 2024 was recorded at IDR 26 billion, followed by commercial segment of IDR 22 billion, hotel segment of IDR 8.3 billion, and hotel segment of IDR 8 billion.

It is worth mentioning that DMAS remains as a constituent of Indeks Tempo-IDNFinancials 52 selected by Tempo and IDNFinancials. After the index’s major evaluation, DMAS is once again listed under High Dividend category. (KR/ZH)
