JAKARTA - Silvery Moon Investment decided to purchase shares in PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) at the end of July. Through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, this foreign investor purchased 4.65 billion shares on Wednesday, July 31, giving them approximately 10.63% ownership of the electric vehicle company. Concurrently, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, another large shareholder of VKTR, actually sold off 4.65 billion shares, resulting in a drop in ownership from 41.04% to 30.41%.

More updates were provided by PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS), a company that provides services for the transportation of offshore vessels. Johnson Williang Sutjipto, an individual investor, purchased 6.16 million shares, and Sugiman Layanto acquired one million WINS shares. Johnson's stake increased to 7.05%, and Sugiman currently owns 6.71%.

Additionally, individual investor Solihin Jusuf Kalla gained 101.99 million shares of the special purpose vehicle manufacturing company PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk (BUKK), increasing the total ownership to 29.91%.
