JAKARTA - PT Charlie Hospital Semarang Tbk (RSCH) obtained a credit facility worth a total of IDR 40 billion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) last week (29/7). In the first half (H1) of 2024, this issuer managed to score net profit of IDR 375.61 million, higher than IDR 1.52 billion seen in the same period last year.

Nur Azizah, Corporate Secretary of RSCH, confimed that the company secured investment and working capital credit facilities worth IDR 35 billion and IDR 5 billion, respectively.

“Investment credit will be utilised to complete parking building and building interior of Rumah Sakit (RS) Charlie Hospital Demak, whereas working capital credit will be used as the company’s working capital,” Azizah mentioned in the press release quoted Wednesday (7/8).

It is mentioned that the interest rate applied for the credit facilities is 8.50% per annum (p.a.). The availability period of investment credit is set to 84 months, while working capital credit has a 12-months term since its facility agreement was signed.

The collateral submitted for the investment credit facility is a land and building of RS Charlie Hospital at Kendal, whereas the working capital credit, the collaterals include operating receivables and inventories of RS Charlie Hospital at Kendal. (LK/ZH)
