JAKARTA. PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS), a transportation services issuer, has provided a corporate guarantee of US$10 million.

The guarantee was given to PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) as the recipient of the guarantee. Meanwhile, the party guaranteed by WINS is PT Wintermar, a business entity controlled by the company with a share ownership of 99%.

"This transaction is a condition for providing a loan from Bank CIMB Niaga to Wintermar worth US$ 10 million," said Nely Lavanto, Corporate Secretary of WINS, in an official statement.

According to idnfinancials.com data, WINS recorded a net profit of US$11.17 million during the first semester (1H) 2024. The company's total assets were recorded at US$219.12 million and its total equity was US$181.67 million. (KR/LM)
