JAKARTA - PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT) will distribute interim dividend for the fiscal year 2024 of IDR 206.25 billion. The allocation had been decided by the board of directors, and approved by the board of commissioners, yesterday (12/8).

Wiriawaty Chandra, Corporate Secretary Officer of MLPT, confirmed that the interim dividend is set to IDR 110 per share. The dividend allocation is made based on net profit of H1 2024 of IDR 239.66 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 452.87 billion, and total equity of IDR 747.47 billion.

The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to August 21 and 22, while the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market follows on August 23 and 26. The dividend will then be disbursed on September 6, according to the names listed in the Official Register of Shareholders as of August 23, 2024.

As of June 2024, the issuer reported revenue of IDR 1.63 trillion, up from IDR 1.57 trillion seen in the same period in 2023.

The gross profit also increased from IDR 234.30 billion to IDR 257.50 billion, while the current year’s net profit tripled and over to IDR 239.61 billion from IDR 77.17 billion. (LK/ZH)
