JAKARTA - On Monday, August 19, foreign investors purchased 455.61 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), for a net volume of 259.60 million. These acquisitions amounted to 21.83% of the entire foreign purchase volume, which was 2.08 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign sales volume was 1.76 billion shares, with net foreign volume closing at 318.16 million shares.

Shares of the hotel and resort management business PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) were then purchased for approximately 82.62 million shares, with a net volume of 50.44 million shares. Aside from that, 52.06 million shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), which operates in the aerosol services sector, were purchased for a net volume of 49.64 million shares. Shares of the golf course management consulting company PT Intra GolfLink Resorts Tbk (GOLF) were then purchased for 48.35 million shares, with a net volume of 42.90 million shares, followed by the purchase of 42.50 million shares of the renewable energy company PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA), for a net volume of 38.32 million shares.

On the other hand, shares of the telecommunications company PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) remain at the top of the top-selling list, with a sales volume of 51.66 million shares and a net volume of -51.66 million shares. In the building and infrastructure services sector, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) shares were sold for 97.78 million shares, with a net volume of -42.79 million shares. PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) shares in the banking sector were then sold for 98.69 million shares, resulting in a net volume of -39.90 million shares.
