JAKARTA. PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII) will distribute interim dividend of IDR 4.55 per share or IDR 45 billion in total.

Jenny Sutio, Corporate Secretary of BPII, mentioned that the interim dividend payout ratio is 61.9% of total net profit of the company scored in the first half (H1) of 2024.

As of June 30, 2024, BPII reported net profit of IDR 72.74 billion, with retained earnings of IDR 1.49 trillion and total equity of IDR 1.7 trillion.

The interim dividend will be given to BPII’s shareholders listed by the recording date on Septemeber2, 2024. Then, the payment will be made on September 20, 2024.

According to IDNFinancials record, BPII saw 5 points or 0.98% decline in stock price throughout today’s session until 1.30 PM WIB to IDR 505 per share. However, since the beginning of the year, its stock has gone down 12.5 points or 2.42%. (KR/ZH)
