JAKARTA - PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), developer of the Delta Mas Industrial Area, is optimistic about achieving its marketing sales target of IDR 1.81 trillion by the end of 2024. This was conveyed by Tondy Suwanto, Director of DMAS in a public presentation via zoom, Wednesday (28/8).

"We are optimistic that we will close 2024 by achieving 100% of the 2024 pre-sales target in line with the high demand for industrial land and the improving investment climate after the General Election," he said.

According to him, demand for industrial land currently reaches 90 hectares (Ha), most of which is from the data center industrial sector. Pre-sales realization in the first semester of 2024 reached 60% of the target. "The industrial sector still dominates pre-sales achievements in the first semester, followed by the residential and commercial sectors," he said.

In the first semester of 2024, DMAS revenue was IDR 1.2 trillion, gross profit IDR 841 billion, operating profit IDR 709 billion, and profit for the year IDR 804 billion.

On the other hand, Tondy said that his party plans to add land banks around Cikarang, West Java. However, that plan is not in the near future. "There are plans to add a land bank, but it depends on opportunities and possibilities. Not aggressively," he said. (LK/LM)
