Two Sumber Energi Andalan shareholders continue to buy and sell shares
JAKARTA - Two key investors in PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA), an issuer providing consulting services to the mining and energy industries, continue to trade the company's shares. Foreign investor Zurich Assets International Ltd decided to sell 17.25 million shares of ITMA on Monday, September 9, reducing its ownership to 5.57%. On the other hand, PT Fersindo Nusa Jaya's share portion rose to 6.82% after it added 2.84 million shares through four securities.
It's interesting to note that Fersindo Nusa Jaya also increased its stake by 35.20 million shares in PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA), a renewable energy company. Through transactions involving these three securities, Fersindo has amassed 5.69% of the shares of OASA. Following in order of purchase, PT Arthakencana Rayatama acquired over 8.40 million shares of fuel distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), and PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), which produces cement, bought back 1.46 million of its own shares. The controller of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk recorded the next share addition when they acquired an additional 888,900 shares, resulting in 78.45% of stakes in the private hospital operator PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME).
Conversely, 9.81 million shares of PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk (PEGE), a securities brokerage and trading company, were released by PT Anugerah Inti Karisma. Around 6.19 million shares of PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk (TIRT) were also sold by PT Harita Jayaraya, the controlling investor of the manufacturer and distributor of plywood and related goods.
The last information was provided by the parent company of Bino Group, which manufactures and sells office supplies, PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO). There was no change in the total number of shares owned, but two investors reported a decrease in the ownership portion. With 1.94 billion shares, foreign investor Ruhong Holding Pte Ltd, the controller of BINO, saw a decline from 89.61% to 89.22%. Furthermore, with 174 million shares, PT Intan Pariwara saw a minor decline from 8% to 7.96%. (KD)
