JAKARTA - PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) has obtained a term loan facility worth IDR 700 billion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). As of June 2024, the issuer reported outstanding long-term bank loan of USD 26.3 million.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (18/9), Robertus Maylando Siahaya, Corporate Secretary of CUAN, confirmed that the entire loan will be used to fill the gap of cash flow of the company. The loan payment is due in 5 years since the signing date last week (13/9).

Two week prior, on August 30, CUAN reportedly secured another loan of IDR 775 billion from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), which will be used to finance general corporate activities and needs.

In the first half (H1) of 2024, the company recorded total assets of USD 1.15 billion, total liabilities of USD 829.81 million, and total equity of USD 327.28 million. (LK/ZH)
