Majukarya Mandiri sells 97 million Buana Lintas Lautan (BULL) shares
JAKARTA - PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia released 97 million shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), the oil and gas tanker company, on Tuesday, September 17. After selling its shares through PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas and three other securities, this investor immediately decreased its ownership from 5.95% to 5.26%.
Remaining in the oil and gas industry, PT Shima Global Kapital also made the decision to sell 9.85 million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), leaving 21.54% of the company's shares. After that, food producer PT Sekar Laut Tbk (SKLT) sold 32,800 of its own shares, and PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama released 5.61 million shares of palm oil company PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). A foreign investor, CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd, decided to reduce its holdings by selling 3 million shares of PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI), a company that explores and mines gold.
However, by acquiring an extra 5.20 million shares, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala added to the ownership of the financial services provider issuer, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA). At this point, this controller is the ultimate holder of 51.43%. Then, 1.74 million shares of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), the private hospital operator also known as EMC Healthcare, were purchased by another controller, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk. As of right now, this investor is listed as holding 78.46% of the shares.
The cement manufacturer PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) then completed the buyback of shares, totaling 400 thousand shares. Next, through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas, individual investor Darmawan Suryadi purchased 1.42 million shares of import-export firm PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk (PPGL).
