Ferry Teja acquires 5.9% Fimperkasa Utama (FIMP) shares as new shareholder
JAKARTA - Ferry Teja, an individual investor, acquired a 5.9% stake in PT Fimperkasa Utama Tbk (FIMP), a general construction company, on Monday, October 14. He acquired 23.59 million FIMP shares through PT Trust Sekuritas and PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, resulting in this ownership. Herry Wibowo also increased his FIMP share collection by 13,000, bringing his total share to 5.13%.
Additionally, to round up its ownership to 25.71%, PT Karya Nusa Perdana acquired 9.18 million more shares of PT Maxindo Karya Anugerah Tbk (MAXI). This company is a snack food manufacturer that uses tropical tubers like sweet potatoes and cassava. Subsequently, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala acquired 6.75 million shares in its financial services subsidiary, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA). PT Startel Communication also purchased 700,000 shares of PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), commonly referred to as Jati Group. On the other hand, PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama released 28.16 million shares of palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), marking the biggest share reduction this time. PT Tiga Makin Jaya then sold five million shares of PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk (PMMP), a shrimp processing and exporting company. The sale of 5.32 million shares of the industrial gas company PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII) by foreign investor Matrix Company Limited was also noted.
