JAKARTA - The digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) had the most shares sold on Thursday, October 24, with foreign investors selling 1.31 billion shares for a net volume of around -180.22 million shares. As a result, the foreign selling volume (4.23 billion shares) outpaced the foreign buying volume (3.75 billion shares). The discrepancy between these statistics resulted in net foreign volume of -477.89 million shares.

Furthermore, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) shares in the property sector were sold for 166.14 million shares, with a net volume of -79.68 million shares. Foreign investors also sold shares in two banking companies: 80.07 million shares of PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk (AGRO) with a net volume of -72.04 million shares, and 130.08 million shares of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) with a net volume of -69.54 million. Moreover, 104.19 million shares of PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB), which operates in the gold mining sector, were sold, for a net volume of -71.66 million shares.

Meanwhile, 168.25 million shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), a domestic and overseas shipping services company, were purchased for a net volume of 131 million shares. Shares of the coal mining and palm oil plantation firm PT Toba Bara Sejahtera Tbk (TOBA) were then purchased for 86.46 million shares, with a net volume of 75.85 million shares. In addition, 62.91 million shares of the banking company PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten (Perseroda) Tbk (BEKS) were purchased, for a net volume of 61.19 million shares. The final two issuers on the top buy list, e-commerce company PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) and energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), have the same net volume in the range of 40 million shares after foreign investors purchased 226.53 million BUKA shares and 69.56 million BIPI shares.
