Samuel Tumbuh Bersama releases 38 million Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera (NSSS) shares
JAKARTA - More than 38 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), a company that produces palm oil, were released by PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama on Tuesday, October 22. Previously holding 25.64% of the shares, this investor's ownership stake slightly decreased to 25.48%. This transaction was handled by PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia.
Subsequently, DBS Bank Ltd S/A PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia released ten million shares of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), a property development company, after Andreas Utomo sold 11.20 million shares of sugar producer PT Aman Agrindo Tbk (GULA). The majority shareholder of financial services provider PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, also sold 7.55 million shares.
Then, two of its major investors bought and sold more shares of PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk (PMMP). In the shrimp processing and exporting company, 16.51 million shares were sold by PT Tiga Makin Jaya, which owned over 35% of the shares. However, individual investor Martinus Soesilo increased his holdings of PMMP by 491 thousand shares.
With the acquisition of 700,000 more shares of PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), PT Startel Communication recorded the largest share addition this time. The issuer, which is more commonly known as Jati Group, rents out commercial helicopters. Additionally, PT Putrasakti Mandiri acquired over 250 thousand shares in PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk (KDTN), a hotel company. Finally, individual investor Magnus Jaya bought 7,500 shares of housing and commercial development company PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA), and Low Tuck Kwong bought 49,400 shares of mining and coal contractor issuer PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN).
